The skirt came neatly folded and packed in a baggie and mailed in a large , bubble-type envelope. I loved the material and the workmanship of this skirt ... very well made. Although I followed the size chart and ordered XXL, the skirt was about an inch or two big for me at the waist. I have been trying to contact Amazon about exchanging it for a smaller size but can't seem to find the site even though I went to the Help site ... no human contact yet.I really love the skirt but can't order a size lower as the sale price of $39 has expired and the skirt is now $80! (original price) . I wish Amazon's customer service would be easier to locate and contact! In spite of the sizing problem, I have no complaints about this skirt ... really nice looking! I'm giving it 4 starts because of the difficulty in contacting customer service. Otherwise, it would be 5 stars!
