I wear a size 10, but the website reviews said they were small for their size, so I ordered a 10.5; too big.Not the 10.5 is extra too big. I believe the 10 would have been fine. Did not want to send back, because would have to wait for them to come back and I wanted to start my walking plan.They do take a a bit to get used too. The sole is rather hard and digs into the heel in certain parts; but with time they are softening up. At first, even with the hard sole, they removed much of the heel and foot pain I had.I think my problem was the caffeine I was drinking too much of. I dropped all caffeine and what a decrease in pain. (I read too much caffeine can cause inflammation). I also removed sugar from my diet and what a difference when I walk --- pain gone, at least 90%.So try these, but give it a little time and I walk generally 28-30 days out of the month.
