Going 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. For the price, I was not expecting a plain brown box saying original was damaged in shipping and non of the typical Birk/Papillio cards/paper. Now to shoe itself, the ankle strap is a bit at an odd angle. Feels & looks fine when buckled and on, but a little hard to get buckled with the angle and thickness of the suede. Strap could have been just a titch longer too I think would have helped. The great, as others have said, they feel good on feet. I have a pretty serious knee issue and these do not feel like a heel. It is nice. I've ordered another pair for my daughter.Love a wedgeThe sandals are very pretty but the buckle point is bent and the straps cannot be buckled. Had to return.
