I really like these full seat breeches, they make my 48 year old butt look much better than the not full seat ones, gave those to my daughter and she loves them. They are nice and stretchy and soft like leggings where you need it but the full seat, holds you in a little better:) Love the phone pocket, I don't understand why more schooling breeches dont have this. I am 5'8" 133 and the mediums work perfect, they also stay up when bending etc. no belt is wonderful. They have a moderate amount of stick but not super sticky like the neoprene types.
