First off, the shoes were really nice and I loved the look of them but I would definitely size up! I got a 7.5 and normally I’m a size 7 tops, but honestly I would’ve gone with a size 8 instead. They were still tight at 7.5 and they don’t wear down easily so I wouldn’t rely on that.Second, the support isn’t great. I’m sure having the shoes a little tight didn’t help but these caused terrible back pain for me as my pregnancy progressed. Back pain is normal but it got significantly worse when wearing these to the point of not being able to walk. If you’re young and not pregnant then I’m sure you’ll be fine! But if you have any existing back pain then I would try something else, or expect to add a good amount of support if you do try them.
