These shoes are so light, it's hard to believe they would provide any support at all when you pick them up. They are lighter than my slippers! But they perform as advertised, even better. i have pain in the balls of my feet when walking a lot, but it is entirely gone when I wear these. I'm usually either a size 7.5 or 8, but I tried size 8 in these because they looked a bit narrow in the pictures. I was right, they have much more of a shoe-fit than a sneaker-fit. The size 8 fits like a glove and they are so supportive and comfortable that I can wear them all day, no matter how much walking I'm doing, and my feet still feel great. I highly recommend trying them!
