I wore this for my bachelorette party. After reading some of the other reviews I decided to get a medium. I am 5'6" 130lbs and normally wear a small but the medium was a good choice. It was a little big at the bottom part where the hem of the dress fits but fit perfectly everywhere else. You can't really wear a strapless bra because it's a bodycon dress - you can see the outline of the bra very easily. I am a 32B but I needed something so I didn't show through, so I wore it with individual padded cups Hollywood taped to the dress. Some people could probably get away with no bra, depending on your body. For underwear I wore a seamless, nude thong because anything else you could see through the dress (color and outline). The fit is very flattering and sucks you in. Material was much heavier than I expected for the price. I will probably never wear it again but it was a great price for one night!
